Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return/exchange policy from the date of receipt, provided that:
- All labels, swing tags, and packaging remain attached and in original condition.
- The item is unused and unworn.
- The item was purchased directly from the Arancrafts.com website with proof of order number.
Refund/Exchange
- Please note customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Arancrafts will not pay the return costs incurred by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only and will exclude the original shipping charge.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we are happy to offer free shipping on the exchanged item only. Items can only be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value.
- If you wish to exchange for an item that is more expensive, a new order must be placed. In this case, the refund procedure for the return item will apply.
- Please include your order number and returns authorization number in the return package.
How to Return an Item
Before returning your item, please email us with your order number to request a Returns Authorization Number.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Only items purchased directly from Arancrafts.com website, with a valid order number are eligible for exchange or refund through our site.
- If your item was purchased from a third-party retailer or website, or received as a gift please contact the original point of purchase/purchaser directly.
- Items returned to us without a Returns Authorization Number, cannot be processed.
Returns & Refund Processing
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Exchanges are typically shipped within 24 hours after your return has been processed. If there are any delays due to item availability or other factors, we will notify you via email.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued immediately once your return has been processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
Refunds typically take 2–4 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank/card provider.
Return Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:
- Items are returned without original tags or appear to have been worn.
- Items have been washed, stained, or have been exposed to perfumes or other odours.
- The return is received outside our 60 day return window.
- Items returned without Returns Authorization Number.
